What is the basis of selection of cities under NCAP ?

Is there any funding/grant available under NCAP to implement micro action plan in less than million population city ? If yes, then how much funds are available ?

The online Library shall be made available to all IoRs wherein the authentic guidelines for sampling and analysis of Ambient Air Quality, Specifications of Equipments to be used for monitoring, etc. shall be given. There shall be uniformity at all over IoRs for ambient air monitoring.
